1. BASIC CONCEPTS

For the purposes of these Terms of Use, the following terms have the following meanings: "Account" means an account that entitles the User to use the equipment installed by MSB through the MSB mobile application; "Working day" means any calendar day, except for Saturday, Sunday and any non-working day applicable in the Republic of Azerbaijan; "Electronic Access Device" means a computer, telephone, mobile phone, smartphone, digital assistant (PDA), mobile device, wireless device and any other electronic device used by the User to use the Services; "Mobile Connections" means access to Internet Connections using certain mobile devices through the Company's websites or Software specifically designed for mobile devices; "Web Application" means a Web application under the name Hesab.Az, which includes the Company's Mobile Application. "Password" means a combination of secret numbers and / or letters that the User chooses to identify himself in order to use the Services. "Payment" means any payment made to the organization receiving payment through the mobile application of MSB LLC; "Company" means "MSB" LLC and any of its subsidiaries and / or branches registered in the Ministry of Taxes on 13/07/2007 (TIN: 7701780551); "Services" means the services and features offered by the Company through the Web Application that can be accessed through the Electronic Login Device; "Third Party" means any party other than the User and the Company. "Username" is the e-mail address provided by the User to Hesab.az. The User must enter his / her Username and Password to access the Web Attachment; and "User" means any person registered to use the Services.

2. ADDITIONS AND CHANGES TO SERVICES

           The User acknowledges that the Company reserves the right to add, remove or modify any part of the Services without prior notice to the User, and in such cases the Terms of Use apply to such added or modified Services (or any part or function thereof) ) will continue to apply.

 3. ANNOUNCEMENTS

Company news, various promotions and other important information are first recorded in the "Notifications" section of the mobile application. This information can also be communicated to the User via e-mail and POP-UP technology. If the user does not want to receive information via e-mail, he has the right to cancel this opportunity in the Personal Cabinet of the mobile application, using the "Stop notifications" link.

4. INSTRUCTIONS / INSTRUCTIONS

The User must use his / her Username and Password to access the MSB mobile application. Upon access to the Services, the User is empowered to accept or agree to be responsible for any instruction given or intended to be given by him. Such instruction shall have the same legal force as the written instructions signed by the User.

5. PAYMENTS

The User acknowledges acceptance of tariffs set by MSB Limited Liability Company for remote control of equipment belonging to MSB LLC and is obliged to pay on the basis of tariffs established by signing this Agreement. All payments must be made using one of the following plastic cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Cherry and One Card. The Company is not responsible for any disputes between the User and any Third Party (Bank owned by the customer). If the Company considers that the User or the Beneficiary of any Payment has committed fraud, illegal or erroneous action or any mistake or omission occurs, MSB LLC may not accept the instruction given and intended by the User without notification. or may refuse it.

6. CORRESPONDENCE AND CONTRACTS BY ELECTRONIC MEANS

Any correspondence or contract received by the Company by means of electronic means provided by the User or intended to be provided, shall be deemed to be de facto Hot.
